Responsibilities
Initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests Verifying warranty and service contract coverage Developing estimates Writing repair orders Maintaining customer records Greeting customers promptly and courteously upon arrival Listening to customer concerns and providing expert advice Recommending appropriate services and repairs based on vehicle needs Clearly explaining services, repairs, and estimates to customers Upselling additional services and products to enhance satisfaction and performance Coordinating with technicians to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery Driving customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service Qualifications
