Job Summary Program Set Up is responsible for pulling and analyzing the credit report, completes the 1003 and loan estimates. Also structure the loan program to suit the borrower’s needs. Work in a faced paced environment and apply knowledge of loan programs and guidelines to structure a loan that fits the borrower’s goals.
What You Will Bring
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Access and Power point
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop working relations with business associates at a positive level
Mathematical skill - ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
