Position Specific Description
We're looking for a skilled Recruiter who thrives on the challenge of finding hard-to-find talent and building trusted relationships. In this role, you'll manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top talent. You'll own everything from sourcing and screening to closing candidatesall while creating a positive, seamless experience for everyone involved.
Position is based in Juno Beach, 5 days per week.
What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from intake to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies
- Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniquesBoolean, social media, networking, and creative outreach
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles
- Screen candidates for both skills and culture fit
- Facilitate structured interviews and support consistent hiring decisions
- Negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations
- Contribute to diversity hiring efforts and inclusive recruitment practices
- Support employer branding through compelling job postings and social presence
