Job Description
The Sales Manager will oversee a small team of senior account executives focused on closing new business within enterprise accounts. The role involves coaching the team on account strategy to achieve annual subscription targets and service goals, and serving as a trusted resource to understand client needs, drive business plans, and flag at‑risk accounts for escalation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coach senior account executive team to close new business in enterprise accounts.
- Develop account strategy and support the team to meet subscription and services targets.
- Act as a trusted resource, understanding client needs and flagging at‑risk accounts for escalation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience carrying a quota and exceeding individual sales goals in a service‑based or consultative sales environment.
- 3+ years managing a team of account executives, ideally focused on enterprise accounts.
- Previous experience in the tech or security space preferred.
- Confidence and ability to conduct executive level conversations with subject matter experts.
Location
Hybrid work environment with reporting to a Boston‑based office 2–3 times per week. 25% travel within territory as needed.
Compensation
Base Compensation: $110,000
Total Compensation: $240,000
