Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client engagement and provide financial insights to support business decisions
- Direct financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Manage external relationships and ensure compliance with corporate governance and risk management
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in a financial role with 3+ years as a CFO
- Active CPA certification
- Strong understanding of token economics and on-chain accounting
- Experience in managing crypto and fiat treasuries and knowledge of crypto-specific tax issues
- Familiarity with capital formation and regulatory environments
