We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team in a 100% remote position. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Salesforce development, strong understanding of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, and the ability to work in an Agile environment. You will be responsible for building and maintaining custom solutions, ensuring best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, SOQL, and DML operations .
- Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows .
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and participate in peer reviews.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues within Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with team members in an Agile/Scrum environment .
- Assist in QA testing efforts and mentor junior team members or interns.
- Work on deployments using tools such as Change Sets , ANT Migration Tool , and SFDX CLI .
- Maintain version control using Git or Bitbucket .
Must-Have Requirements
- Salesforce Development :
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce platform.
- Working knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud .
- Experience with Apex , SOQL , DML , LWC , and Flows .
- Understanding of Salesforce data model , security , and sharing rules .
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and basic integration concepts.
- Development Practices :
- Basic debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to follow coding standards and participate in peer reviews.
- Certifications :
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification is mandatory.
- DevOps & Deployment Exposure :
- Familiarity with Git or Bitbucket .
- Basic understanding of deployment tools (Change Sets , ANT Migration Tool , SFDX CLI ).
