Pump.co is hiring a Paid Ads Manager to lead and scale our performance marketing efforts across paid channels. You’ll take ownership of strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid acquisition campaigns — with the opportunity to directly impact revenue, brand visibility, and pipeline growth.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to build a world-class paid acquisition engine from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across channels like Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and others

Drive growth through full-funnel campaign execution, from awareness to conversion

Develop creative and messaging in collaboration with content, design, and sales teams

Build and manage testing frameworks (A/B tests, creative/ad copy experiments, audience testing)

Track performance metrics like CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and pipeline contribution

Continuously iterate on strategies based on data insights and business goals

Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, sales, and leadership to align on campaign goals

Explore new channels and experiments to uncover scalable growth opportunities

  • Ability to work 5 days a week in office

Qualifications:

Have 3–5 years of experience in paid media, growth marketing, or performance marketing

Have managed large paid budgets and are confident in optimizing spend for efficiency and scale

Are highly analytical and metrics-driven (you live in dashboards and reports)

Have experience running campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.

Are proactive, resourceful, and thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments

Enjoy working collaboratively across functions and owning results end-to-end

Are based in SF or open to working onsite 5 days/week
