We’re looking for a Web Content Strategist skilled in web information architecture, storytelling, and creating an incredible web experience to join the Figma Brand Studio. In this role, you’ll help build out the information architecture, user journeys, and the overall content strategy for Figma.com and other web properties. You’ll partner closely with our writers, designers, and developers to translate ideas into captivating web experiences that further our brand and deliver on business goals.
This role is ideal for a web content strategist who loves the intersection of design, content, and web and who wants to shape how Figma shows up in the world—with clarity and craft. This is a full‑time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma
- Develop content strategies across our web properties (figma.com, config.figma.com, and other microsites) that deliver an exceptional web experience while supporting our business goals
- Deeply understand Figma’s business and brand while equally understanding customer needs for exploration, learning, engagement, and community—bringing that context and expertise to web projects
- Create user journeys that inform and influence product launch plans and tactics
- Work across the business to define the vision and strategic objectives for the website, leveraging insights, stakeholder interviews, customer needs, and data insights
- Understand and share accountability with the Web Experience team for figma.com’s performance and business impact
- Advocate for a website experience that is intuitive, efficient, and easy to navigate
- Motivate and inspire cross‑functional teams to think outside of traditional B2B web optimization frameworks—creating and experimenting with novel approaches across web
We’d love to hear from you if you have
- A portfolio that showcases strong web content strategy across complex websites
- Experience collaborating with writers, SEOs, marketers, developers, and designers
- A strong sense of web best practices as well as web trends
- Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into strong, compelling user journeys
- Comfortable leading creative projects or working autonomously when needed
- Experience crafting web strategies for multiple audiences
Additional preferred experience includes
- Experience with using Figma
- Interest in researching and experimenting with new web technologies
- Experience with multi‑product brands
- Familiarity with CMSs such as Sanity, Contentful, or similar

Pay Transparency Disclosure
If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has an annual base salary range of $102,000—$215,000 USD. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications, market demands, and specific work location.
