Fourth Foundry is hiring: Video Podcast Producer in New York

Fourth Foundry (currently in stealth mode) is looking for an experienced video podcast producer with a strong creative mind and the ability to see a project from idea to release.

Tasks

• Own the end-to-end production of a new video podcast format, from ideation to publication.
• Direct recordings (in-studio or remote), including prompting hosts with relevant questions when necessary.
• Deliver each episode as both a full-length episode and clips for social distribution.
• Stay plugged into the rapdily evolving production tool landscape.

Requirements

• 3-5 years podcast production experience, preferably in journalism, digital/social media, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience specifically working with video podcasts.
• Demonstrated experience developing show formats from scratch.
• Strong editorial judgment and storytelling instincts.
• Expert-level experience with relevant software: Riverside, Descript and Zoom.
• Experience working directly with host talent.
