What You’ll Be Doing As Sales Director at Lincoln Sentry, you will shape the future of our business by driving transformational growth and delivering sustainable revenue. This role empowers you to lead strategic initiatives, elevate customer experience, and build high-performing teams that thrive in a culture of respect and collaboration.
You will play a pivotal role on the Leadership Team, influencing long-term strategy and ensuring our go-to-market approach stays ahead of industry trends while having full P&L responsibility. At Lincoln Sentry, we embrace a growth mindset and encourage our leaders to run the business as if it were their own, fostering innovation and accountability at every level.
This role can be based in Melbourne or Brisbane.
