Essential Functions
Provides high‑level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director, General Manager or the head of the site who oversees one or more business units or facilities.
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
Supports less experienced colleagues.
Required Qualifications
Required education and experience:
High School Diploma/GED required and 7-8 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education & / or Experience
Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred education and experience:
Associate's Degree
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
Oral and written communication skills. Ability to build collaborative relationships. Detail oriented. Ability to meet deadlines. Project management skills.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
Work primarily in a climate‑controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
Travel Requirements
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
