Seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale mission-critical data center projects in the Dallas area. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of high-reliability electrical systems and large project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site electrical construction activities and crews
• Manage field teams, subcontractors, and scheduling to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Foremen, and VDC/BIM teams
• Ensure compliance with design specs, codes, and safety standards
• Monitor manpower, materials, and progress to stay on budget and on schedule
• Lead daily jobsite meetings and maintain clear communication across teams
• Mentor foremen and junior field staff to promote growth and accountability

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in electrical construction, including 5+ years as a superintendent
• Proven success leading mission-critical or data center projects
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical power systems, switchgear, and backup systems
• OSHA 30 certification required; NFPA 70E knowledge preferred
• Proficient in Procore, MS Project, and Smartsheet
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
