The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of high-reliability electrical systems and large project execution./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3pOversee all on-site electrical construction activities and crews/ppManage field teams, subcontractors, and scheduling to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals/ppCoordinate closely with Project Managers, Foremen, and VDC/BIM teams/ppEnsure compliance with design specs, codes, and safety standards/ppMonitor manpower, materials, and progress to stay on budget and on schedule/ppLead daily jobsite meetings and maintain clear communication across teams/ppMentor foremen and junior field staff to promote growth and accountability/ph3Qualifications:/h3p10+ years in electrical construction, including 5+ years as a superintendent/ppProven success leading mission-critical or data center projects/ppStrong technical knowledge of electrical power systems, switchgear, and backup systems/ppOSHA 30 certification required; NFPA 70E knowledge preferred/ppProficient in Procore, MS Project, and Smartsheet/ppExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills/ph3What We Offer:/h3pCompetitive pay and performance bonuses/ppHealth, dental, and vision insurance/pp401(k) with company match/ppPaid time off and holidays/ppVehicle allowance or company truck/ppOpportunity to lead some of Dallass most advanced data center builds/p/div
