The role reports to the Director of Employee Relations, is part of the People & Places organization, and focuses on U.S. cases with opportunities for international experience.

This hybrid role requires being in the Mountain View, CA or San Diego, CA office at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Help support the companys approach to external trends and development.
• Execute strategic changes, support the workforce with complex performance concerns and workplace conflicts, and assess and address organizational health and engagement issues.
• Manage a caseload of workplace conflicts and employee escalations with autonomy and collaboration with other teams.
• Work on company-level and team priorities and projects, often with the People & Places Centers of Excellence.
• Build capability for managers and People & Places teams through individual cases and projects.

Qualifications

• 57 years of Employee Relations or equivalent experience (HR Generalist/HRBP).
• Law degree (J.D.) or equivalent experience preferred.
• Extreme ownership of execution and operational excellence, including updating protocols, playbooks, and using technology to manage cases.
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear verbal and written communication with leaders, managers, and employees.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Drive team priorities and projects with welldefined outcomes.
• Ability to build human connections easily, deep emotional intelligence, and objective empathy.
• Datadriven mindset to use data for case and organizational insights.
• Growing adaptive criticalthinking skills and judgment.
• Ability to see situations from all perspectives and resolve conflicts for the best outcomes with oversight from senior team members.
• Learning and growth mindset, continuously improving self and employee experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Intuit provides a competitive package with cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay ranges: Bay Area California $152,000 $206,000; Southern California $137,000 $185,500.
