Are you an experienced
Superintendent
looking to take the lead on high-profile projects in the New York tri state area. Our client, a well-established
General Contractor , is seeking a driven professional to oversee
Interior fitout, retail and commercial projects
from conception through to completion.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects
Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery
Act as the main point of contact between the client, subcontractors, and internal teams
Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track and within budget
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Superintendent
with a strong background in Retail fitout
Previous experience working for a
General Contractor
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project success in a fast-paced environment
Offer:
Competitive base salary of $150,000
