Healthcare construction projects
from conception through to completion.
Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery Act as the main point of contact between the client, subcontractors, and internal teams Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track and within budget
Requirements: Proven experience as a
Superintendent
with a strong background in ground-up builds Previous experience working for a
General Contractor on healthcare projects
xsgimln Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project success in a fast-paced environment
