Commercial Loan Officer
to lead local business development and portfolio growth.
This is a true relationship-focused role - not a cold‑calling numbers game. You'll meet face‑to‑face with local business owners, understand their operations, and provide financing solutions that help their companies and the community grow.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage a high‑quality portfolio of commercial and ag‑related loans
Identify new business opportunities through community engagement, referrals, and local networking
Analyze credit and financial statements to structure sound, competitive loan packages
Maintain portfolio profitability, credit quality, and compliance with bank standards
Collaborate closely with credit analysts, support staff, and executive leadership
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in commercial lending within a community bank environment
Strong understanding of credit, financial analysis, and business lending structures
Proven relationship‑building and business development skills in Harrison County or north Missouri markets
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or related field
