CAD Designer – For Land Development- Civil

Responsibilities:
Create CAD drawings for land development projects (residential and commercial) using Civil 3D software.
Design grading, erosion control, stormwater, and sewer systems in compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design accuracy.
Conduct site visits, surveys, and prepare project documentation.
Assist in the review and approval process with regulatory agencies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in land development and CAD design.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in CAD design for land development projects.
Proficiency in Civil 3D and strong knowledge of grading, erosion control, stormwater, and sewer design.
Experience in residential and/or commercial land development projects is desirable.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and codes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
