Job Title: Architectural Drafter
We are seeking a highly detail‑oriented Marketing Drawings Specialist to support the creation of informational marketing drawings, including unit plans, site plans, and other visual materials. This role requires strong technical skills in AutoCAD and Adobe Illustrator, as well as a commitment to accuracy, consistency, and visual clarity. The ideal candidate is comfortable working within established drawing standards, editing source files, and preparing assets for marketing use.

Create and edit informational marketing drawings such as unit plans and site plans.

Essential Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Illustrator.
Minimum of 2 years of experience with an architecture firm.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a similar area of study.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience creating construction documents for senior living facilities.
Design experience working with Revit is preferred.
Familiarity with construction administration and construction documents.
Work Environment The role is based in an 8-person architectural firm located in Ellicott City, MD. The firm provides master planning, architecture, and interior design services for retirement communities, mixed-use, and residential projects. While health insurance benefits are not provided, candidates will receive extra compensation to find a suitable health coverage package on the open market. The firm offers a Simple IRA and annual bonuses for direct hires.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Ellicott City, MD.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
