As a Service Advisor at Castle Mazda, you'll manage the flow of the service drive while ensuring every customer receives prompt, professional, and friendly service. You'll own the customer experience from check-in to delivery, answer questions about vehicle concerns, warranties, and repairs, and help ensure technician time is used efficiently. You'll work closely with the shop and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.

What You'll Need
Previous Service Advisor/Writer experience, minimum of 2 consecutive years
Mazda experience is preferred
Fantastic communication skills with your customers
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Consistent record of service and sales success
Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
Team oriented and self-motivated
Able to work with little supervision
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Service Advisor: $61K - $83K,
up to $100K annually for top performers
