Position Overview We are looking for a creative and driven Industrial Designer to join our product development team. In this role, you will help shape the future of fitness by designing equipment that combines cutting‑edge features with stunning aesthetics. You will work closely with senior designers, engineers, and product managers to translate customer and market needs into physical realities—from initial sketching and 3D modeling to prototyping and final manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Establishes and maintains good working relationships

Involved with professional development, classes or associations

Constantly strives to improve skill sets: illustration, modeling, communication

Works well with others in a team structure

Rely on instructions and pre‑established guidelines to perform the functions of the job

Research & Development

Assists with research projects, conducts interviews, distills data sets, and develops insights from data. Assists senior level designers with tasks relevant to research.

Develops concepts from research driven data and works as a go‑between from research to other staff designers.

Supports brand efforts with industrial design, research and computer modeling.

Stays up to date with trends in the fitness, tech and design industry

Product Development

Sketching, computer modeling, concept renders and graphics as needed.

Identify trends and help develop strong brand identity.

Analysis of human factors and use of data

Contributes ideas within the development cycle

Quality

Maintains high quality work ethic: clear understandable sketches and illustrations.

Works in an organized manner and adheres to defined file structures and documentation styles.

Requirements Education

Four‑year degree in industrial design

Experience

Required: 0-5 years within an industrial design environment as a consultant, intern, or in‑house designer

Portfolio to include school projects or professional work

Other Requirements

Knowledge of 3D modeling and computer graphics: Illustrator, Photoshop, Solid Works, Gravity Sketch, Keyshot, Microsoft Office Suite, Vizcom, and other AI design tools

Limited domestic and international travel

Ability to work closely with others and independently

Must have extremely good written and verbal communication skills
