Inside Sales Professional
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Professional to join our team and contribute to the development and execution of our evolving sales strategy. The Sales Professional will play a key role in refining our sales methods, pitches, and approaches, directly impacting the growth of our sales organization. This is a dynamic position where you’ll be encouraged to contribute creative ideas and make a tangible impact on our sales initiatives.

Responsibilities
Execute high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective clients
Continuously test and refine sales pitches, strategies, and approaches
Provide feedback on the effectiveness of sales strategies and tactics
Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and customer experiences
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using Salesforce (or comparable CRM)
Contribute creative ideas to improve sales initiatives and drive performance
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, with a proven track record of success
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment
Experience with high-volume calling and time management
Preferred Qualifications
One year of Salesforce or comparable CRM experience
