Responsibilities

Enters customer order information in sales system for contract requirements and product specifications

Review customer specifications and create requests to IT to create programs for required format such as reporting frequency, required customer information, email contacts. Contacts customer for approval changes before releasing to production

Submit requests to IT for customer barcoding, asset numbers, specified data cards, specified decals/system, and drawing approvals for customers

Coordinate test reporting between IT and customers

Review terms and conditions for bids as needed

Review proper submission of RFQs (sales contract bids)

Updates quarterly pricing and multi-year contracts in sales system

Prepares purchase orders for order entry

Works with engineering on designs for product purchase orders and blanket contracts

Receive all approval drawings from engineering and forward to customer's engineering contact for approval or if incorrect, work with engineering for a correction/revision and send back for approval. Once final approval is given, remove approval hold and release to production

Assist sales management with fielding customer calls on status updates, contract questions and quotes

Education and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

1-3 years prior sales support experience preferred

Ability to read and retain detailed information from sales contracts

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel

Experience with customer portals and order tracking systems

Customer service/relationship experience

Dedication to providing great customer service

Strong communication skills with ability to compose formal responses to customers via letter writing and email

Central Moloney is currently authorized to employ individuals (remote or on-site) only in the following states: Arkansas (AR), Florida (FL), Kansas (KS), Tennessee (TN), Texas (TX), and Wisconsin (WI).
