Description: We are seeking a passionate Senior Brand Management Specialist for our Global Golf & Tennis team. This role is central to executing the global marketing offense for these two sports, focusing on strategy, storytelling, and seasonal campaign delivery across global regions.
You will obsess over Golf & Tennis culture and key demographics, using deep consumer insights to inspire aspirational storytelling. You will partner with cross-functional teams to build world-class consumer journeys and support campaigns that position our brand as the authority in these sports. Operational excellence is key—you will own workstreams, manage budgets, and ensure clear communication and process efficiency within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
This is a specialist role where a deep understanding of the golf and tennis business ecosystems, culture, and consumers is paramount.
Top 5-7 Skills:
Deep passion for and understanding of golf & tennis culture, trends, and the consumer landscape.
Experience in brand marketing or a related field with a focus on execution and project management.
Ability to collaborate and influence within a complex, global, cross-functional matrix organization.
Strong operational discipline, including budget management and workflow efficiency.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse teams and various levels of leadership.
Experience working with talent or high-profile athletes is a significant plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). 8. Demonstrated ability to balance creative thinking with operational rigor in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in brand marketing, sports marketing, or a directly related field.
Direct experience and knowledge of the golf and tennis business ecosystems is more crucial than years of general marketing experience.
Nice to Haves:
Experience with golf/tennis product; understanding of SAP ordering/program; proficiency in Keynote.
