What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed sales objectives within an assigned territory
Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and medical staff to drive therapy adoption
Monitor market trends and competitive information to inform sales strategies
Conduct product training for medical personnel and manage customer inquiries effectively
Represent the employer at industry conferences to promote products and generate sales leads
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 10+ years of relevant experience; OR Associate’s Degree AND 8+ years; OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years
Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively by car and plane
Strong organizational and planning skills for effective territory management
Ability to conduct business in accordance with ethics and compliance guidelines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
6+ years of B2B or healthcare sales experience with at least 4 years selling medical devices or capital equipment
Degree in biological science or business
Knowledge of operating room, hospital, and physician office protocols
Proven track record of top performance, such as being a President’s Club winner
Ability to educate and teach medical personnel
