We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative who is eager to generate new business and guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to project kickoff. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable meeting with homeowners, and interested in learning job management software such as JobTread (experience is a plus, but not required). Responsibilities
Generate new sales leads and close deals Meet with customers to assess project needs and provide solutions Prepare and present estimates and proposals Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships Coordinate with project managers and production teams Use job management software (JobTread or similar) to track projects, estimates, and communication Meet or exceed sales goals Represent Case Construction and Roofing professionally and honestly Qualifications
Proven experience in sales (construction, roofing, or home improvement preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated with a desire to grow sales and income Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers, tablets, and CRM/job management software Experience with JobTread is a plus, but we are willing to train Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation What We Offer
