Sales Representative
Seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to help grow our residential and light commercial construction services. This role is ideal for someone who understands construction workflows, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a goal-oriented environment. The ideal candidate has prior construction experience, is comfortable using job management software such as JobTread, and takes ownership of the sales process from initial contact to signed contract. Key Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on sales leads (homeowners, HOAs, property managers, and partners) Conduct site visits, assess project needs, and communicate solutions clearly Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts using JobTread or similar software Track leads, opportunities, and customer communications accurately Collaborate with project management and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals Represent the company professionally at networking events, job sites, and meetings Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage referrals Required Qualifications: High level of motivation and self-discipline Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage time independently and follow up consistently Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology Comfortable working toward performance-based goals Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in construction sales or estimating Hands-on construction or trade experience Experience using JobTread or similar CRM/project management software Experience selling to homeowners, HOAs, or property managers Familiarity with roofing, remodeling, or general construction services
