Must-have Qualifications

3–5+ years of consultative B2B sales experience in industrial services

Direct downstream experience supporting refineries, petrochemical, or chemical plants

Strong knowledge of industrial fire protection systems, inspections, and compliance requirements

Proven experience managing complex, multi-site strategic accounts

Executive-level communication skills with the ability to lead contract negotiations and account strategy

Position Overview We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager Fire Services – North East to lead and expand key owner accounts across downstream industrial environments. This is a fully remote role, with candidates required to be based in MS, AL, NC, GA, or SC.

The role focuses on building long-term partnerships, driving account growth, and expanding enterprise-level fire protection service agreements with downstream industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Own and grow strategic industrial fire protection accounts

Engage client leadership on fire risk, compliance, and system lifecycle needs

Drive revenue through new opportunities, renewals, and cross-selling service solutions

Lead multi-site and enterprise contract negotiations

Forecast pipeline activity and consistently exceed revenue targets

Partner internally to ensure strong service execution and client satisfaction
