What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as the main point of contact for dental providers regarding participation status and credentialing
Process new provider applications and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail
Manage tasks related to provider additions, terminations, and contract maintenance
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with documentation standards
Mentor peers and assist with training new hires on systems and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED required
2-4 years of related experience required
Previous experience in provider relations or a similar role preferred
Insurance industry experience preferred
Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in a role that involves customer service or provider relations
Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and standards
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
Experience with mentoring or training others
Familiarity with credentialing processes
