What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring a superior offboarding experience

Provide expert guidance on HR matters, including terminations, resignations, and employment contracts

Facilitate meetings with clients and external employees, delivering clear guidance and managing negotiations

Act as a trusted resource for employee relations matters, conducting assessments and ensuring compliance

Identify and drive process improvements and automation in offboarding and employee relations

What is Required (Qualifications):

Extensive experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner, with a strong background in managing employee exits

Tertiary qualifications in HR, labor relations, or employment law are considered a plus

Proven ability to independently handle complex terminations and provide HR advice across various jurisdictions

Superior communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills

Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment while balancing multiple priorities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus

Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Experience in optimizing processes and implementing automation for HR functions

Familiarity with employee relations principles and workplace investigation fundamentals
