What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring a superior offboarding experience
Provide expert guidance on HR matters, including terminations, resignations, and compliance with local regulations
Facilitate meetings with clients and external employees regarding separations and settlements
Track and monitor ongoing employee relations cases, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination with stakeholders
Advocate for process improvements and drive initiatives that enhance customer and employee experiences
What is Required (Qualifications)
Extensive experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies
Proven ability to manage voluntary and involuntary exits while ensuring legal compliance
Strong understanding of employee relations principles and progressive discipline approaches
Superior communication, conflict management, and negotiation skills
Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Tertiary qualifications in HR, labor relations, or employment law
Experience in navigating complex HR issues and providing practical solutions
Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously on various tools
