We’re a growing custom cabinet shop serving Summit and Wasatch Counties, and we’re looking to hire a motivated
Sales + Design
professional to help us keep up with demand. This role combines client-facing sales with cabinet design and project development. You’ll work directly with homeowners, builders, and our production team to guide projects from first meeting through final drawings and approved orders. This is a full-time position for someone who takes ownership, follows through, and wants to grow with a stable, well-established shop.
Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners and builders to understand project goals, budgets, and timelines
Lead client consultations and guide them through design and material selections
Create accurate bids, proposals, and job scopes
Design and draft cabinetry using Mozaik software
Manage revisions based on client feedback and jobsite conditions
Communicate clearly with the production team to ensure build accuracy
Track project progress and help keep jobs moving on schedule
Build long-term relationships with builders and repeat clients
Qualifications Position Qualifications
Experience in cabinetry, millwork, construction sales, or design preferred
Mozaik experience is a plus (or willingness to learn quickly)
Comfortable working with pricing, proposals, and customer decisions
Ability to read and interpret plans and elevations
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
Self‑directed, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects
Reliable transportation for occasional site visits
