Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for the position of Account Executive / B2B / Director of Sales based in Salt Lake City, UT, with flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include building and executing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, and analyzing market trends to identify growth areas for the company. Clear communication and a strategic mindset will be essential to excel in this position. Qualifications
Sales and business development skills, including negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship management. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client partnerships. Proficiency in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities in B2B sales. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects while meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets. Experience with CRM tools and software to track and manage client relationships effectively. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience is also considered. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities. Experience in credit services, finance, or a related industry is a plus but not required.
