Use our CRM systems and workflows to stay organized and maximize efficiency. Deliver top‑notch service that creates lifelong clients and endless referrals. Host monthly open houses (we’ll supply the leads!). Attend our Academy Sales Training and weekly meetings to sharpen your edge. Qualifications
Must be a
Licensed Real Estate Agent Available full‑time and committed to your success Strong communicator and natural relationship‑builder Tech‑savvy, organized, and goal‑oriented Positive attitude with a growth mindset Sales experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right person Compensation
