Qualifications
Licensed Real Estate Agent
(or in the process)
Full-time availability and a passion for helping clients
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and workflow tools
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Driven, coachable, and goal-oriented with a winning mindset
Previous sales experience is a bonus, but not required
Compensation $75,000 - $150,000+ at plan commission.
