Lead Generation Executive
to support our sales and growth efforts. This role focuses on identifying potential customers, initiating contact through cold calling and email campaigns, and qualifying leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled in written communication, and experienced with outbound lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential prospects using online tools, databases, and market research
Generate leads through cold calling, outbound emails, and follow-up campaigns
Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and lead status in CRM systems
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or inside sales
Hands‑on experience with email outreach and campaign tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Self‑motivated with a target‑driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B lead generation
Knowledge of sales funnels and prospect qualification methods
Basic understanding of marketing automation tools
