Responsibilities Responsible for selling products or services to customers primarily through phone and email communication, by identifying potential leads, understanding their needs, presenting product features, and closing sales to achieve sales targets, all while maintaining customer relationships.

Assisting the Sales Team with the following:

Responding to customer inquiries. Including providing quotes to customers and then following up to obtain the order

Maintaining the HubSpot database

Set-up and maintain customer accounts in GP

Assist in preparation for tradeshows and meetings

Perform market research on government and environmental regulations

Assist in preparation of presentations

Become proficient in the use of Hubspot to increase efficiency of its use in reaching and communicating with prospects and the existing customer base

Qualification of prospects from California stand-by generator user database. Process qualified sales leads and assist directly or submit to outside sales representatives

General Administrative Duties General Administrative Duties will include:

Shipping - arrange for freight pick up and complete required paperwork (bill of lading, P/L, commercial invoices, etc.).

Manufacturing Management Support

Update and maintain Rypos Document Control. This will entail assigning part numbers, updating the part master, publishing BOM’s, and other duties as assigned

Requirements

2+ years of related experience to include successful sales support in a fast-paced professional office environment; small or start-up experience preferred

Strong computer and internet skills to include MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Knowledge of business and transactional flow is a plus

Organized, detail oriented, self-starter, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-directed with ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities and exhibit excellent follow-through

Energetic, customer service oriented, with professional demeanor

Flexible team-player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to work with all levels of management, staff, customers and vendors, handling critical details

Reports To: National Sales Manager

Classification: Non-Exempt (hourly)

Location: Franklin, MA

Must be able to work on-site in our Franklin, MA office Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
