General Description or Purpose of the Job The customer service representative is responsible for handling Sales/Consumer requests and processing these into our CRM systems. Orders are received by telephone, fax, and email. They are the customer's front-line communication and help resolve complaints/returns. Provides help and assists in all the activities related to the department.

Responsibilities

Processing Consumer/Sales requests via email and call center

Communicating with customers/sales reps - Product/program questions/Returns

Training and Education - Product/Entry

Communication with factory/Art Dept./Order changes

Job Requirements

Interpersonal communications, listening skills, and attention to detail both written and verbal.

Listening skills and attention to detail in both written and verbal communication is key

Advanced English Level

Dominican ID

Live in Santiago

Able to work on site.
