As a Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our service department and trusted guide for our customers throughout their service visit. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role where your communication skills and customer-first mindset directly impact our success - and your earning potential.
What You'll Do
Welcome customers with energy and professionalism in the service drive
Actively listen to concerns and translate them into clear repair orders
Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle condition and Chevrolet guidelines
Keep customers informed on repair progress, timelines, and cots
Work closely with technicians to ensure quality and efficiency
Review completed work with customers in a clear, confidence building way
Deliver an exceptional experience that drives loyalty and repeat business
Support warranty work, recalls, and manufacturer service campaign
What We're Looking for
Previous Service Advisor or automotive service experienced preferred
Strong people skills - you enjoy helping customers and solving problems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Basic automotive knowledge or a desire to learn Chevrolet systems
Computer proficiency (CDK experience is a plus)
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
