PrincipalResponsibilities

Typicalresponsibilitiesinclude,butarenotlimitedto,thefollowing:

• AsanHVACServiceSalesAccountManageratPremierMechanical,Inc.,youwilltakeaconsultativeandstrategicapproachtodrivenewbusinessandenhanceexistingaccountrelationships.Yourkeyresponsibilitiesinclude:
• Identifyingandpursuingnewbusinessopportunitiesthrougheffectivediscoveryandqualificationprocesses.
• Conductingengagingconversationsthatleadtorelevantnextsteps,providingbusiness-levelinsightstoestablishvalueandcreatedemand.
• Actingasafacilitatortoguidecustomersthroughthebuyingprocess,includingdevelopingprojectbusinesscasesandfinancialproformas.
• Selling,renewing,andexpandingserviceagreementsforbothnewandexistingcustomers.
• Conductingfacilitywalkthroughs,constructionplanreviews,andotherrequirementstogatherandvalidatepreliminaryinformation.
• DemonstratingapassionforunderstandingtheCommercialHVACbusinessandconnectingcustomerswithserviceofferingsforefficientandsustainablebuildings.
• Identifying,targeting,andqualifyingprospectivenewcustomersintheassignedgeographicterritory.
• Conductingsalescallstounderstandkeysourcesofproblemsandproposinginnovativesolutions.
• Buildingareferralnetworkandleveragingmarketconditionstouncovernewleads.
• Developingandimplementingterritorymarketingplansconsistentwithbusinessstrategy.
• Representingthecompanyprofessionallybyparticipatinginprofessionalorganizations.

Requirements:

• 3+yearsofsolutionsalesexperiencewithaproventrackrecordofachievingandexceedingsalestargets.
• Theabilitytoengagemultiplestakeholders,influencers,andkeydecision-makers.
• Strongfinancialandbusinessacumenwithaself-startermindset.
• Availabilityforlocaltravel.
• Abachelorsdegreeinbusiness,Management,Sales,Entrepreneurship,Marketing,or48yearsofdemonstratedexperience.
• Avaliddriverslicensewithacleanrecordforaminimumof12months.
• 2-3previousprogressivesalesroles.
• HVACexperienceishighlypreferred;opentoconsideringHVACTechnicianstransitioningtosales.
• Aptitudefortechnicalknowledgewithahighlevelofattentiontodetail.
• Presentationskillsforbothindividualandgroupcommunications.
• Exposuretosalesmethodologies,standards,anddisciplines.
