PrincipalResponsibilities
Typicalresponsibilitiesinclude,butarenotlimitedto,thefollowing:
- AsanHVACServiceSalesAccountManageratPremierMechanical,Inc.,youwilltakeaconsultativeandstrategicapproachtodrivenewbusinessandenhanceexistingaccountrelationships.Yourkeyresponsibilitiesinclude:
- Identifyingandpursuingnewbusinessopportunitiesthrougheffectivediscoveryandqualificationprocesses.
- Conductingengagingconversationsthatleadtorelevantnextsteps,providingbusiness-levelinsightstoestablishvalueandcreatedemand.
- Actingasafacilitatortoguidecustomersthroughthebuyingprocess,includingdevelopingprojectbusinesscasesandfinancialproformas.
- Selling,renewing,andexpandingserviceagreementsforbothnewandexistingcustomers.
- Conductingfacilitywalkthroughs,constructionplanreviews,andotherrequirementstogatherandvalidatepreliminaryinformation.
- DemonstratingapassionforunderstandingtheCommercialHVACbusinessandconnectingcustomerswithserviceofferingsforefficientandsustainablebuildings.
- Identifying,targeting,andqualifyingprospectivenewcustomersintheassignedgeographicterritory.
- Conductingsalescallstounderstandkeysourcesofproblemsandproposinginnovativesolutions.
- Buildingareferralnetworkandleveragingmarketconditionstouncovernewleads.
- Developingandimplementingterritorymarketingplansconsistentwithbusinessstrategy.
- Representingthecompanyprofessionallybyparticipatinginprofessionalorganizations.

Requirements:
- 3+yearsofsolutionsalesexperiencewithaproventrackrecordofachievingandexceedingsalestargets.
- Theabilitytoengagemultiplestakeholders,influencers,andkeydecision-makers.
- Strongfinancialandbusinessacumenwithaself-startermindset.
- Availabilityforlocaltravel.
- Abachelorsdegreeinbusiness,Management,Sales,Entrepreneurship,Marketing,or48yearsofdemonstratedexperience.
- Avaliddriverslicensewithacleanrecordforaminimumof12months.
- 2-3previousprogressivesalesroles.
- HVACexperienceishighlypreferred;opentoconsideringHVACTechnicianstransitioningtosales.
- Aptitudefortechnicalknowledgewithahighlevelofattentiontodetail.
- Presentationskillsforbothindividualandgroupcommunications.
- Exposuretosalesmethodologies,standards,anddisciplines.
