The right candidate will excel at growing existing relationships, building new business, and staying on top of the latest products and technology to deliver exceptional customer experience every time. To succeed in this role, you'll need strong sales skills, a customerfirst mindset, and the ability to learn and communicate product options with confidence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide estimates, proposals, and quotes on projects • Expanding customer base by acquiring new clients • Maintain all necessary project documentation • Maintain regular communication with scheduling departments • Ensure accurate and comprehensive job information is maintained • Engage in effective planning when handling scheduling requests • Order product for projects • Guide the project and installation team throughout the entire process • Ability to negotiate with a customer minded focus • Maintain company approved margins and ensure timely invoices. • Hold evening appointments with potential customers • Availability to work display booths at Home and Builder shows • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years of outside sales experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM) Sales experience related to garage doors, or construction is a plus Business development and/or marketing experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Friendly and professional demeanor Strong written and oral communication skills are a must Benefits:
