Responsibilities Include:

Answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner Assisting clients with questions, concerns, and requests Resolving issues by coordinating with internal teams and following up to ensure satisfaction Maintaining accurate records of interactions and service updates Providing professional and courteous support at all times Ideal Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused Prior customer service experience preferred, but not required
