Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team in a cross-functional, distributed environment. You will collaborate with development teams to create high-quality technical publications, focusing on AI tools that enhance developer workflows and technical writing.
Required Skills & Qualifications Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2. 8-12 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a product-based or SaaS company. Proven experience creating onboarding documentation and user guides for cross-functional teams. Experience with Documentation Development and Documentation Review & Editing Strong ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in tools such as Confluence, Notion, or similar documentation platforms. Basic understanding of version control systems like Git. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Exposure to API documentation, system diagrams, or development environments.
