Base Salary: $60,000–$85,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a high-performing

Senior Account Executive

to drive outbound sales across

two complementary companies

operating within the

real estate appraisal and valuation ecosystem . This is a true

hunter role

focused on opening new client relationships (“new flags”) with lenders, banks, and financial institutions.

This position is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in outbound environments, enjoys autonomy, and wants meaningful upside tied directly to performance.

The Role This is a

dual-company sales position , with responsibilities split across two aligned businesses that support different stages of the appraisal and valuation lifecycle. The role offers a unique opportunity to sell into a shared market while leveraging multiple solutions to meet client needs.

You will own the full outbound sales process—from first contact through close—while working closely with leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Execute outbound prospecting via phone, email, and strategic follow-up

Identify, qualify, and close new lender and financial-institution relationships

Open new accounts and secure new “flags” for both companies

Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close and onboarding handoff

Build and maintain a strong, predictable pipeline

Adapt messaging based on client volume, workflows, and compliance needs

Accurately track activity, pipeline, and results in CRM systems

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Steady flow of qualified outbound opportunities

Closed-won new client relationships across both organizations

Strong communication and seamless handoff to operations teams

Disciplined sales execution with reliable forecasting

Long-term relationship development within lending and banking clients

Qualifications

5+ years of outbound B2B sales experience

Demonstrated success opening and closing new accounts

Comfortable with high-volume outreach and consultative discovery calls

Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable

Experience selling into regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus

Knowledge of lending, banking, mortgage, or appraisal workflows is strongly preferred , but not required for the right candidate.
