Pay: up to $120K Base salary + commissions and bonuses!

Job Summary Assist in the growth of HVAC and Plumbing service department across the Twin Cities. This role partners closely with service operations to drive reoccurring revenue, retain customers, and develop new service accounts.

Create sales proposals for HVAC service, repair, and preventative maintenance agreements

Assist in the day-to-day planning and operation of the service department.

Estimate repairs based on technician feedback

Coordinate closely with service leadership to ensure delivery aligns with sales commitments

Follow up with customers in a timely manner after repair quote is received

Order and receive all parts and materials

Build relationships with facility managers, property managers, and owners

Qualifications

3–5 years of commercial HVAC or MEP sales experience

Competent understanding of Mechanical and Plumbing systems

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple quotes

Fluent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
