Position Summary:
The Senior Creative Designer is a hands-on creative leader responsible for translating brand strategy into compelling visual experiences across digital, print, environmental, and experiential channels. This role balances high-level concept development with detailed execution, ensuring all creative outputs are visually impactful, on brand, and aligned with business and compliance requirements. This is a hybrid position based in Brooklyn, NY. Duties and Responsibilities: Creative Strategy & Brand Stewardship
Serve as a visual brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints Translate brand and marketing strategies into strong creative concepts and visual systems Elevate the quality and cohesion of creative output across campaigns and channels
Design & Execution
Lead the design of creative assets across multiple formats, including digital, social, web, email, print, signage, advertising, presentations, and on-site experiences Independently execute design projects from concept through final production Prepare production-ready files and collaborate with vendors and printers as needed
Concept Development & Storytelling
Develop innovative concepts and visual narratives that engage target audiences Partner with copywriters, marketers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life Present creative concepts and design rationale clearly and confidently
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, communications, operations, and external partners Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards Provide creative guidance and feedback to junior designers or freelancers Quality Control & Compliance
Ensure creative work adheres to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and legal or regulatory requirements Review and proof designs for accuracy, clarity, and brand alignment Adapt creative based on feedback while maintaining creative integrity
Additional job duties as assigned Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 6–10+ years of professional design experience in an in-house, agency, or hybrid environment Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and execution across channels Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and related tools Strong typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy skills The RESPECT
