Here is what your day might look like...
As one of our Resident Services Coordinators your day is all about BEING FLEXIBLE!!! The go to person!! The Residents and the site departments depend on you!! Your day includes supporting the Leasing department (and stepping in when necessary to sell/lease) working with renewals and helping the maintenance team to ensure great service! Paying attention to the details makes you the person the resident's love to see!
- Being that go to person for the residents! You've got the answers!!
- Be the right-hand person for the leasing team!! Helping to greet prospective clients and possibly showing the property if a helping hand is needed
- You might work with the residents and team to promote our lease renewals
- Be the voice of the property handling our phone calls.
- Processing the service request from resident, to maintenance and the follow up
- Be entrepreneurial with suggestions and ideas for improving resident satisfaction and events
