Handling inbound servicing calls from customers; completes necessary fraud verification, includes caller authentication, transaction verification, etc. utilizing excellent customer service skills. Collecting necessary information and completing a fraud report when the customer confirms unauthorized account activity. Ensuring proper follow-up or escalation of account based on call outcome. Making outbound calls to verify account activity with customers. Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience Compensation: $19 per hour Schedules: We've got you covered with a variety of shifts. We are currently hiring for schedules with start times that range between the following hours: 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST (DE, PA, NJ, MD, OH) 5:30 AM - 4:30 PM MDT (UT) 4:30 AM - 3:30 PM MST (AZ) Note: Shifts are Monday - Friday with weekends as assigned. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
