The sales coordinator is responsible for managing daily office operations, coordinating schedules, and supporting effective communication across departments. The role handles document management, data entry, order processing, and general administrative tasks to support the sales, accounting and operations teams. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering and direct phone calls, managing emails, preparing documents and reports.
