- We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to fully own and scale our paid growth efforts across Google platforms. This role is responsible for driving high-quality B2B leads, pipeline, and revenue—not just traffic—with a strong emphasis on lead quality, ROI, and full-funnel attribution.
- This is a hands‑on, performance‑owned role requiring deep experience in Google Ads, conversion tracking, CRM attribution, and continuous optimization for high‑intent services and complex sales cycles.
- You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop, execute, and optimize growth strategies that directly impact qualified bookings and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Account Audit & Growth Foundation
- Audit and optimize existing Google Ads accounts to ensure alignment with Google policies, best practices, and growth objectives
- Design and maintain a scalable, efficient account and campaign structure aligned with revenue goals and budget efficiency
- Ensure all tracking, conversions, and integrations are correctly implemented before launching or modifying campaigns
- Conduct in-depth keyword research focused on high‑intent, revenue‑driving search terms
- Analyze competitors and continuously identify new growth and expansion opportunities
- Proactively manage and expand negative keyword lists to protect lead quality
- Own and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Search
- Performance Max
- Google Maps / Local Ads
- (YouTube campaigns only when explicitly requested)
Ad Creative & Testing
- Write, test, and iterate on conversion‑focused ad copy and messaging
- Develop and maintain a structured testing roadmap, launching new tests at least biweekly
- Collaborate on creative strategy for ads, extensions, and CTAs
- Ensure all creative assets comply with licensing, brand guidelines, and internal approvals prior to launch
Landing Page & Conversion Optimization
- Provide ongoing CRO and landing page recommendations to improve conversion rates and lead quality
- Collaborate with internal and external development teams on:
- Landing page structure and messaging
- Website performance and usability
- SEO readiness
- Conversion rate optimization initiatives
- Review session recordings and behavioral data (e.g., Hotjar) to identify friction points and optimization opportunities
Performance Optimization & Growth Strategy
- Optimize campaigns with a clear focus on:
- Conversion rate
- Click‑through rate (CTR)
- Quality score
- Search impression share
- Actively manage and allocate budgets to maximize ROI and prioritize top‑performing initiatives
- Develop and document strategies to:
- Improve lead quality and qualification rates
- Increase qualified call volume
- Scale lead volume without sacrificing CPL or downstream performance
Reporting, Attribution & Analytics
- Calls and form submissions
- MQLs and SQLs
- Keyword‑ and campaign‑level attribution
- Revenue attribution sourced from CRM data
- Ensure accurate integration and data flow between:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Call tracking platforms (e.g., CallRail)
- CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Maintain clear attribution models to distinguish PPC‑driven results from other channels (SEO, organic, social, etc.)
- Provide actionable insights that inform growth decisions and budget allocation
- Partner closely with the internal marketing manager to align on strategy, priorities, and performance
- Participate in weekly status and strategy calls
- Use company tools for communication, documentation, and project management (e.g., Slack, Notion, CRM platforms)
- Clearly document growth plans, benchmarks, experiments, and outcomes
Success Metrics
- Success in this role is outcome‑driven and measured by:
- Consistent improvement in cost per qualified lead
- Demonstrated ROI and revenue attribution from paid growth efforts
- Improved lead quality and downstream conversion performance
- Clear, transparent reporting and insights
- Proactive testing, optimization, and iteration cadence
Ideal Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience managing paid growth or Google Ads for lead‑generation businesses
- Proven experience managing $20k–$40k+ monthly ad budgets
- Strong background in B2B services, high‑intent offerings, or complex sales cycles
- Deep understanding of:
- Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Maps)
- Conversion tracking and attribution
- CRM integrations (HubSpot preferred)
- Call tracking and lead quality analysis
- Analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable owning performance end‑to‑end
- Clear communicator who can translate data and strategy into insights for non‑technical stakeholders
